Holiday in a private luxury chalet in the Dolomites
The chalet for 6-8 people in Selva di Val Gardena impresses with elegant design, spacious rooms and an exclusive atmosphere, offering a total of 440 m² of top-level comfort.
Arranged over three floors, the chalet offers four elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a toilet, bidet and shower.
The ground floor of the chalet includes three bedrooms with direct access to the 950 m² panoramic garden, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
On the first floor, a bright living area welcomes you with a spacious lounge and fireplace, a modern open-plan kitchen and large windows that make the most of the natural light and the views. A large glass door leads out onto the panoramic terrace, where an exclusive heated lounge area invites you to relax at any time of year.
The fourth double bedroom is located on the lower floor and also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. This level also features a sophisticated in-house spa area, a gym and a bike and ski storage room with ski boot warmers.
The chalet has a total of five parking spaces: three in the underground garage, which is equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles, and two outdoor parking spaces. From the garage, all levels of the chalet are easily accessible by lift.

Conditions and important information
Prices
The prices are per complete chalet, per night, for a maximum of 8 people (baby crib on request and extra charge), including breakfast buffet, daily cleaning and final cleaning.
The local tourism tax of €3.60 per person and night is not included in the price and will be charged separately. Children under 14 years do not pay local tourism tax.
Booking/Payment
Within 5 days from the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Thereupon, the chalet booking shall be considered binding.
Security deposit
Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of €5,000 will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be released no later than three days after your departure. Please note that this is only a temporary hold.
The security deposit will be used to cover:
- damage to the property or furnishings
- dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
- any other cost incurred by homeowner due the guest’s stay
The guest will not be allowed access to the property without presenting a credit card and signing the authorization form. In the event of damage to the property and/or if the guest’s account should be debited, the guest expressly gives authorization to the homeowner to debit their credit card to cover the repairs necessary pursuant to this rental and/or the costs incurred by the homeowner on behalf of the guest. A 5% processing fee will be added to the costs incurred.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, the guest shall inform the homeowner immediately.
Cancellation conditions
It’s agreed between the parties that should the Guest wish to cancel all or any part of its reservation, or that the reservation in cancelled by Lum d’Or Spa Chalet due to non-payment, then, Lum d’Or Spa Chalet shall be entitled to the following percentage of the gross rental cost:
- 6 months or more prior to check-in date: 0%
- between 6 months and 30 days prior to check-in date: 30%
- less than 30 days prior to check-in date: 100%
Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of government regulations such as lockdowns, border closures and quarantine requirements, the booking can be cancelled by either party, free of charge and at short notice.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is open from 15:00 - please call us shortly before your arrival.
On your day of departure, you are asked to leave the chalet by 10:00 am.
Late check-out: Available upon request, subject to availability. An additional charge may apply.
Pets
Dogs are allowed only in summer and on request, at an additional cost of €50.00 per day. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that your pet does not use the garden as a toilet - there is a forest directly alongside us, and we are sure that your dog will be happy to go there.
Payment methods
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or cash payment.
Parking
You can park your car in the private underground garage. You will also find an e-charging station here.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire chalet.
