Holiday in a private luxury chalet in the Dolomites
The chalet for 6-9 people in Selva di Val Gardena impresses with its elegant design, spacious rooms and exclusive atmosphere for optimal comfort.
On the first floor of the chalet, in addition to the entrance area with wardrobe and WC for everyday use, there are four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with WC, bidet and shower. Each bedroom offers direct access to the garden, complete with panoramic views. The spacious lounge area with open fireplace, open-plan kitchen and large windows is located on the second floor. From here, a wide glass door leads out onto the inviting terrace with a heated seating area and the finest lounge furniture.
In the basement you will find the in-house spa area, a fitness room and the bike and ski depot with ski boot warmer. The underground garage offers space for three cars and has an e-charging station. From the garage you can easily reach the upper floors by elevator. Outside, there are two more private car parking spaces.

Conditions and important information
Prices
The prices are per complete chalet, per night, for a maximum of 9 people including breakfast buffet, daily cleaning and final cleaning.
The local tourism tax of €2.80 per person and night is not included in the price and will be charged separately. Children under 14 years do not pay local tourism tax.
Booking/Payment
Within 5 days from the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Thereupon, the chalet booking shall be considered binding.
Security deposit
Three days before arrival, the guests are asked to provide their credit card details, including the verification code, in ordert to arrange the security deposit of 5.000 € (credit card authorization). These details can be provided by email, phone or SMS.
This credit card will be used to cover:
- damage to the property or furnishings
- dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
- any other cost incurred by homeowner due the guest’s stay
A total amount of €5,000 authorization will be taken on this credit card and cancelled at the latest 3 days after the guest’s departure.
The guest will not be allowed access to the property without presenting a credit card and signing the authorization form. In the event of damage to the property and/or if the guest’s account should be debited, the guest expressly gives authorization to the homeowner to debit their credit card to cover the repairs necessary pursuant to this rental and/or the costs incurred by the homeowner on behalf of the guest. A 5% processing fee will be added to the costs incurred.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, the guest shall inform the homeowner immediately.
Cancellation conditions
It’s agreed between the parties that should the Guest wish to cancel all or any part of its reservation, or that the reservation in cancelled by Lum d’Or Spa Chalet due to non-payment, then, Lum d’Or Spa Chalet shall be entitled to the following percentage of the gross rental cost:
- 6 months or more prior to check-in date: 0%
- between 6 months and 30 days prior to check-in date: 30%
- less than 30 days prior to check-in date: 100%
Covid-related cancellations
In the event of government regulations such as lockdowns, border closures and quarantine requirements, the booking can be cancelled by either party, free of charge and at short notice.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is open from 15:00 - please call us shortly before your arrival.
On your day of departure, you are asked to leave the chalet by 10:00 am.
Pets
Dogs are allowed only in summer and on request, at an additional cost of €50.00 per day. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that your pet does not use the garden as a toilet - there is a forest directly alongside us, and we are sure that your dog will be happy to go there.
Payment methods
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or cash payment.
Parking
You can park your car in the private underground garage. You will also find an e-charging station here.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire chalet.
