Discover Lum d'Or's culinary services - from private menus right in your chalet, gourmet food deliveries, to idyllic meals in a mountain hut.
We mainly collaborate with chef Elena Vian from Val di Fassa. Her exceptional culinary prowess means she's in high demand, so she might not always be available. In such cases, we partner with other esteemed chefs boasting many years of experience in first-class establishments. We guarantee that all our selected chefs share an extraordinary passion for culinary arts.
Together with our partner chefs, we offer you three different services tailored to your preferences:
Treat yourself to an exclusive fine-dining experience directly in your chalet. Our hand-picked private chefs create bespoke menus using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, transforming your stay into an unforgettable culinary experience.
Enjoy a truly exclusive experience at 1,900 metres in our charming alpine hut, “Baita Marie”, on the Alpe di Siusi. Surrounded by the impressive backdrop of the Dolomites and unspoilt nature, a private lunch prepared by your personal chef awaits you.
You can choose between the "Solo Chef" option, which includes an aperitif followed by a 4-course meal, and the exclusive "Chef d'OR" option, which features additional highlights such as live music, sommelier service and a scenic carriage ride across the Alpe di Siusi. Of course, we are happy to accommodate individual wishes.
For a comfortable journey to and from the hut, our shuttle service is available upon request during the summer months.
