We mainly collaborate with chef Elena Vian from Val di Fassa. Her exceptional culinary prowess means she's in high demand, so she might not always be available. In such cases, we partner with other esteemed chefs boasting many years of experience in first-class establishments. We guarantee that all our selected chefs share an extraordinary passion for culinary arts.
Together with our partner chefs, we offer you three different services tailored to your preferences:
Together with us, you select the menu that suits your taste, and your personal chef manages everything else: sourcing ingredients, preparation, service, and, of course, cleaning up afterward. This service can be requested for a single evening or on a weekly basis.
Order your favourite dishes from selected restaurants in the village directly through your butler and relish your lunch or dinner in the cozy confines of your chalet.
For those seeking privacy and exclusivity, we present an unparalleled dining experience - a perfect symbiosis of a meal’s luxury tailored just for you and the unspoilt beauty of nature. Enjoy a PRIVATE lunch or dinner prepared by a chef in our cozy mountain hut on the Alpe di Siusi, all while taking in the magnificent views.
This setting is ideal for special occasions like marriage proposals, anniversaries, or birthdays. You can choose between the "Solo Chef" option, which offers an aperitif followed by a 4-course meal, or the exclusive "Chef d'OR" option, adding extras like live music, sommelier service, and a scenic carriage ride across the Alpe di Siusi. Of course, we are always open to accommodating bespoke requests.
For hassle-free transportation to and from the location, we offer a shuttle service upon request (available exclusively in the summer).
